The YES Management System AllData Integration
- What is it and how can I use it?
The YES Shop Management System has a number of available software integrations with great partners like AllData, Carfax, Quickbooks, wrenchhead, nexpart, IAP online, WorldPac, and more! One of our more popular interfaces is our AllData interface, which can send parts and labor times right to your invoice.
By recording the VIN right on the customer’s record, we can provide this valuable piece of information to our partner programs, including AllData. This greatly simplifies the repair and parts lookup processes. This prevents you from having to enter Year, Make, and Model every time you look something up, whether it be parts or labor. Less repetitive entry means more time saved and fewer opportunities for error. Time saved means more efficient workdays, and fewer errors means less lost labor, fewer wrong parts, and the most important thing, happier customers!
The simplification of use begins when you query the AllData System through YES. From there, select the necessary repair and any relevant parts, and return them back to YES! It’s just that simple. YES records the labor, parts, descriptions and instructions from AllData right on the customer’s invoice.
