YES Mobile Dispatch Edition

Designed for the Mobile On-Site Service and Repair Industry, the YES Dispatch Edition has all the Ease of Use and Flexibility of the Standard Edition, combined with the Dispatching Module which will allow you to manage Scheduling, Point of Sale, Inventory and Profit & Loss from the Main Corporate Warehouse and for each Service Truck.



There are three feature areas that make the Dispatch Edition unique:

Multi- Location Inventory Management

  • The Warehouse and each Truck are considered separate locations with their own On-Hand, Reorder Points and Stocking Levels.
  • Transfer Tickets and Restock Orders can be used to transfer Inventory from the Warehouse to the Trucks.
  • Each location has its own Inventory Audit System and Reporting. 

Scheduling and Point of Sale

  • The Warehouse and each Truck are considered separate locations with their own Pending Service Orders
  • Each location has the same customers, vehicles and invoice history.
  • Invoices and Appointments are scheduled in the Dispatcher, then Dispatched to the Truck Locations.
  • Invoices and Appointments can be re-dispatched to another Truck as needed.
  • Customize security to limit Drivers access to YES. 

Profit & Loss Control

  • Each Truck location has its own End of Day process
  • The End of Day can be done by the Dispatcher or by Driver
  • P&L reports by each Truck with company wide totals.
