Rick: Development

I have been a developer for Pace Software since 1988. I have enjoyed meeting many of our clients and learning what they want in a shop management system. This has benefits to me in my position here. I enjoy making improvements and adding features that our customers can use to better manage their business. I look forward to providing the best software possible to our customers for many years to come.

Pat: Client Service Specialist

I have worked at Pace Software since 1988. Prior to working for Pace I had worked in an auto repair shop. I also took a break for a few years and managed a local auto repair shop. I believe that experience gave me a better understanding of the day to day shop operation and helps me better relate with our clients. My focus is on providing our clients with the best possible service.

Brian: Client Services Supervisor


I started working for Pace Software in May 2001 and have since worn many hats: Technical Support, training, project management, and data recovery/conversion. I started out in this industry as a service writer and then moved into IT. The most rewarding part of this position is working with, and learning from, the captains of this industry and I look forward to using those experiences to benefit other shop owners in the years to come.

Cheryl: Sales and Marketing Manager

I have worked with Pace Software since January of 2007. I enjoy the customers I get to meet and like the opportunity to show potential customers our software. I am very proud of the products we have available. I also work hard on marketing so that everyone has the opportunity to know what products we have available and the many functions our products have in order to provide the best shop management software available. My previous experience as a service writer helps me understand my customer’s needs.

Mike: Development

Hello my name is Mike. I have been with Pace Software since April of 2007. I started out in Technical Support but I have changed focus since then to focus more on programming. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida in Information Systems Management. I also handle training and accounting questions. I love working here at Pace Software and look forward to working here for years to come.

Jennifer: Client Services

I have been with Pace Software since February of 2008. I started out with very little work history in Tech Support, but with the kindness and patience of our customers have grown to be quite knowledgeable with our Software and with our Interfaces. I enjoy handling Technical Support issues that come in. My job here at Pace Software is very rewarding! It brings me satisfaction that you as our customers are being taken care of as well as I would want to be taken care of if I was in your place.

Aaron: Developer

In 1999 I began working with Rick in the development department. I really enjoy the work and the challenge of solving problems. I am currently working on my Doctorate degree in computer sciences.

Missy: Administrative Assistant

I have been with Pace Software since 1988. I primarily work with the administrative tasks for the company. I really enjoy the atmosphere of teamwork here at Pace Software.

Bob: Training Assistant

I have worked with Pace Software since early 2011. I am currently working on a project that will provide our clients with additional training tools. I have learned a great deal while working on this project.

Chrissy: Marketing

I have worked with Pace Software since 2003. I work in the marketing department with Cheryl and assist with fliers and other promotional items for our products. I really enjoy the creative aspect of my position.

Jim: Office Staff

I started with Pace Software early 2011. I get to assist with a variety of projects which keeps things interesting for me. I look forward continuing here and learning more about automotive management.

Steven: Sales

I began working at Pace Software in 2010. I started in the client services department then moved into sales. I am currently part time and I also promote a Christian rock band I am a member of.
