The YES Rebuild Process:

  1. Create a new Build Ticket in the RBL Module
  2. Add the Core, Parts and Labor needed to complete the Build.
  3. Post the Build to the Rebuilt Part Number

The parts used in the Build Ticket are depleted and the Rebuilt Part is added to inventory.

    • All build costs are calculated toward the Rebuilt Part cost.
    • Serial Numbers are assigned in the Build Posting and can be printed to labels
    • Rebuilt Parts are sold by Serial Number
    • Specific Inventory Report show Serial Numbers sold on On Shelf
    • Build Tickets can be for single Rebuilt part or a Lot of Multiple Rebuilt Parts with their own Serial Numbering
