This system is truly a shop owner's dream. Support is awesome! They come in remotely and immediately fix any problem. We have never been down more than an hour the entire time we have had the software. Repair order writing is so simplified that I could have a 4th grader work for me!

I felt it was necessary to sit down and write this letter. Our company has been a customer of Pace since shortly after opening our first store in 1990. We started using the YES Management Software when it was in version 1.xx. Now we have over 50 stores open and have migrated through numerous enhancements and version upgrades over the years.

In the business world (and especially the technology world) things are very dynamic. Changes are a constant. One thing that has remained the same over the years is working with Pace. The Yes System has been an ever evolving Management System allowing us to keep pace with both our operations and the changes in the automotive industry. A good piece of software today is not necessarily a good piece of software tomorrow. The foresight and planning your company had provided in the software as a result of input from your customers has placed you at the front of the pack. Combine that with your staff’s ability to offer suggestions or just timely fix an issue has KEPT you at the front of the pack.

In running over 50 service facilities in 4 states would be impossible without the support and planning your have assisted with. Reliability of the software is also of the utmost importance in an operation of our size and you have performed famously.

I originally purchased the Active Advantage software by Pace. Now that I have become comfortable with the software, I want more which the YES software can provide. What is great about this is that I could start with the more simple program and now Pace is applying what I paid for that toward the purchase of the YES software, so no money lost. I look forward to using YES.

I also want to comment about the great tech support team at Pace. Any time I call with a question, who ever it may be in this department, takes the time to answer the question I may have and make sure that I understand what they are telling me. They are so dedicated that recently, I know it was time for one of the team members to go home for the day but she did not care. She told me that she wanted to make sure that I got the help needed right now.

I was a long time user of the Yes Dos system. The Dos system was almost a bullet proof system that made us a lot of money over the years. Choosing to move to the Windows version was definitely a growing experience on our part because we were full of fear and anxiety. Your staff (I don’t want to mention names because I might forget someone and they are all great!) made the transition pretty seamless. They had us using the basics of the system within a couple of hours and were always friendly and ready to answer all of our questions (silly or legitimate) and talk us out of any trouble spots we managed to get ourselves into.

While becoming comfortable with the system and starting to explore, I found some of the really great tools that are already in the system. It seems like whenever I send in a suggestion, I get a call telling me the system already does that and how or where to find it.

I have to tell you that your company is a constant that we can truly depend on. We have been doing business with your company for over 16 years and over that time I have never been left hanging. I think that is remarkable and you should be really proud and there are very few companies that I have dealt with in that time period that I can say that about. I believe the honesty of our company is the main reason you continue to thrive.
Your technical support staff all do a great job! They are very responsive and eager to help whenever they can. I can’t express to you how grateful I am that they are there when I have a question or concern. Each and every one of them are professional and good at what they do!
