One great way to get new customers is by making your current customers happy! Let your current customers know they matter to you! Treat each person who walks through your door like they matter. Let them know that you are there to help them. By making your current customers happy, they are more likely to refer a friend. Even if you can’t afford to hire a marketing person, make sure someone in your shop spends at least a couple of hours a week focusing on marketing! Come up with ideas and talk about them before implementing them. Make sure that when coming up with marketing ideas you’re thinking about your goals and needs for the upcoming business year.
